A Great Kids App! ....

However, my personal recommendation for ages would be different than theirs. I have seen 2 year olds successfully maneuver through the different activities, but havent seen anyone OVER 4-5yrs interested much. So Id say YES, BUY APP for 4 & under! The creator has many other LEGO diploma apps here that will better suit 4+
